AIF boosts its board

THE ASSOCIATION of Independent Festivals (AIF) has added three members to its board.

The trade body says the addition of Broadwick Live event & operations manager Katt Lingard, Vision Nine festivals director Kevin Moore and Nozstock (cap. 5,000) co-founder Rob Nosworthy had seen its board grow to 11 members.

AIF CEO Paul Reed says that appointments were a reflection of the organisation’s diverse membership, which now includes 65 events.

The announcement was made at AIF’s first AGM as an autonomous body, it having separated from the Association of Independent Music (AIM) in April 2018.
