SEEKING TO follow-up on the success of his debut album Chaos and the Calm, which reached No 1 in the UK album charts three years ago, James Bay is on tour promoting second offering Electric Light.
The Hitchin-born singer and musician, who claimed the Best British Male Solo Artist at the BRIT Awards in 2016, has hit singles including Hold Back the River and Let It Go.
After performing at London’s Roundhouse (cap. 3,100) at the end of May, Bay plays venues including O2 Academy Newcastle (2,050) and Leicester’s De Montfort Hall (2,000). He will also be supporting the Rolling Stones at Twickenham Stadium (55,000) and taking to the stage at Isle of Wight Festival (47,000).
“James is absolutely a force of nature and the master of his own destiny when it comes to his live show – from every beat to the last lightbulb,” says Bay’s manager Ryan Lofthouse at Closer Artists in London.
“No matter how big or small the stage is, he delivers.”
Bay’s agent is Paul Franklin at CAA.
