A perfect contradiction

SINGER-SONGWRITER Paloma Faith returned with her fourth album The Architect in November, the release becoming her first to top the album charts, selling 40,000 copies in its first week.

Having taken time out for the birth of her first child, Faith counts Crybaby and Lullaby among her latest singles. Her debut album Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful? came out in 2009 and spawned the hits Stone Cold Sober and New York.

Earlier this year Faith completed an 11-date UK tour and after playing two nights at Sydney Opera House (cap. 2,679) in Australia last month, is set for outdoor concerts including Hampton Court Palace Festival (3,000), Newmarket Racecourse (10,000) and Delamere Forest (5,500) in Cheshire.

“Paloma is an outstanding talent and fantastic performer,” says her agent Mike Greek at CAA. “Her connection with the audiences at her shows is so strong that, alongside a brilliant voice and an amazing catalogue of songs, her live shows are special moments.”

Faith is managed by Lateral Management’s James Binns and Innis Ferguson.
