PROMOTER CROSSTOWN Concerts has expanded into artiste management and also formed an alliance with Jax Management.

Company founders Paul Hutton and Conal Dodds have linked up with managers Mark Bowers and Cliff Jones to form Crosstown Management, looking after acts including Keir, Mauwe and The BBC Radiophonic. It will also co-manage Paris Youth Foundation In partnership with Jax.

“The Crosstown team has got a heritage in artiste management as well as promoting, so it’s great to have that part of the business launched and some great up-and-coming artistes under our umbrella,” says Dodds.

Crosstown, which has offices in London and Bristol, was set up in 2016 after Hutton and Dodds left Metropolis Music (see LIVE UK issue 201).

As well as concerts with The Vaccines, George Ezra and Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, the company also stages The Downs Festival (cap. 30,000), Bristol Sounds (20,000) and London’s OnBlackheath (25,000).
