EAA balances its board

THE ENTERTAINMENT Agents’ Association (EAA) has appointed two new members to its National Council of Management.

Big Foot Events’ Erica Crompton and Jillie Bushell Associates’ Jillie Bushell join existing council members including Jenny Dunster, Alan Wood, John Howe, Marina Blore and Peter Chittenden.

“At one time, representatives on council were quite evenly balanced male to female, but as people move on or retire, we have recognised that we need more female association members at board level in order to provide us with more diverse perspectives,” says EAA president Neil Tomlinson.

The EAA is also about to launch a recruitment drive to encourage those looking become professional agents to become members.
