Emma Banks recognised for outstanding contribution

CAA AGENT Emma Banks will receive the Outstanding Contribution award at the Live Music Business Awards ceremony on 30 October at the convention centre beneath London’s new Hard Rock Hotel at Marble Arch.

Banks has spent almost 30 years as a music agent and boasts a roster which includes Green Day, Florence + the Machine, Katy Perry, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Kylie Minogue.

The award is presented in equal part as an acknowledgement of her significant contribution to music therapy charity Nordoff Robbins.

“Emma is a long-standing and incredibly dedicated supporter of Nordoff Robbins and has helped raise over £5.5 million for the charity,” says a spokeswoman.

“She also sits on the Nordoff Robbins’ Race Day committee, fusing her love of music, horses and philanthropy perfectly.”

Banks is also The Live Interview guest at the LIVE UK Summit conference and networking event held in the same venue during the day. For more information see www.liveuksummit.com.
