MAGAZINE LONDON, a new 3,000-capacity venue close to The O2 (cap, 21,000) on the Greenwich Peninsula, will open in September.

Operated by event management company Vibration Group, which manages London multi-use space Printworks (3,000), Magazine London was designed by architects Nissen Richards Studios with graphic designers Carter Studios.

Situated on the banks of the River Thames, with views of Canary Wharf, less than 300m from North Greenwich Underground station, the venue will also offer an adjoining 7,000-capacity outdoor performance area branded Showground.

“We have existed for 20 years and we know what we are doing, we work both sides of the business, we don’t just run venues, we work within them, so we know what is important for event producers,” said Vibration Group CEO Simon Tracey.
