MODEST! MANAGEMENT, which represents acts such as Little Mix, One Direction and 5 Seconds of Summer, is to receive the Peter Grant Award at the Artist & Manager Awards.

The accolade, named after the legendary Led Zeppelin manager, is presented annually and will be collected by Richard Griffiths and Harry Magee, who founded Modest! In 2003, and partner Will Bloomfield.

“Modest! are the epitome of a modern-day music management business, representing all aspects of their artistes’ careers and acting for them on a global basis,” says Annabella Coldrick, chief executive of the Music Managers Forum, which runs the awards with Featured Artists Coalition. “Their achievements over the past 16 years have been nothing short of astonishing.”

Among other artistes managed by Modest!, which has offices in London, Los Angeles, New York and Sydney, are Niall Horan, Olly Murs, Katherine Jenkins and MNEK.

“We’re so proud of all our artistes – both established and new,” says Griffiths. “We’re also very proud of everyone in the company who everyday share a vision and commitment to nurture, develop and maintain the talents and careers of those artistes around the world.”

The awards will be held at Bloomsbury Big Top in London on 14 November.
