Dedicated to the Business of Contemporary Live Music

Oak View opens in London

12 April 2019

LOS ANGELES-based arena and stadium services provider and magazine publisher Oak View Group (OVG) has opened an office in London’s New Bond Street, with the UK office of US live music trade publication Pollstar, which OVG bought in 2017, already relocated there.

OVG founders Tim Leiweke, a former CEO of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) and artiste manager legend Irving Azoff – a former chairman of Live Nation Entertainment – formed the company to rapidly grow across venue services worldwide, their most immediate rival being AEG.

Long-time AEG Facilities executive Brian Kabatznik has already switched to the new operation.

OVG says the new office will focus on “partnership opportunities” in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the UK.
