Top award for Banks

22 November 2018

AGENT EMMA Banks, co-head of Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in London, was presented with this year’s Music Industry Trusts Award at a gala event on 5 November.

Previous winners of the Award, launched in 1992 to recognise leading music industry figures and raise money for charitable causes, include Harvey Goldsmith, Elton John, Universal boss Lucian Grainge, Glastonbury Festival founder Michael Eavis and The Who’s Roger Daltrey.

“The roll of honour is packed with people that I admire and respect – I never expected to be added to that list, but will do my very best to be worthy of it.” she says.

Banks, whose artistes include Katy Perry, Kylie Minogue and Red Hot Chili Peppers, has been an agent for more than 25 years.
